Hebrews 11: 6 “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.”
Today is the 7th and final day of Kwanzaa. Imani, faith, is to believe with all our hearts in our people, our parents, our teachers, our leaders, and the righteousness and victory of our struggle. Bringing in the New Year, have faith that everything you’ve been seeking, praying, and desiring will come to past. Last year may have been a struggle, but it has only prepared you for today! Have faith in the greatness of who we are, the leaders that are being cultivated, and in the fact that our struggle is not in vain. We are a community that will continue to encourage each other to ensure that the success we all have been destined to gain will be reached. Let this be the year that you accomplish every goal you’ve set for yourself & for your family. It will be hard, there will be times you will want to quit, but never forget we are all here for each other. Never lose faith. Check out the song Imani from the award-winning collection Kwanzaa for Young People (and Everyone Else!) below. We love you all! Imani & Blessings.
