100 Days Active – Day 30!!!

Hey there Baddies,

We made it 30 days in the 100 Days Active Challenge!  If you have made it this far with us, congratulations.  It has definitely been a journey, but hopefully we are all well on our way to building the habit to being physically active.  Did you know:

 

1.  Exercise can help you control and maintain a healthy weight.  However, make sure you aren’t working out then going to eat a whole pizza afterwards.

2.  Exercise improves your mood by releasing brain chemicals that can relax you, leaving you feeling happier and even more confident!

3.  Exercise can give you stronger muscles and bones, keeping your body in tip-top condition as you age.  Want to stay younger longer?  Get regular exercise.

4.  Exercise can help fight against sometimes fatal conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and heart disease.

 

Since we are at day 30 (31 to be exact) we thought we’d catch you up with how we have been doing since day 11.

 

Kenya
Day 11 – 125 Squats during commercials

Day 12 – Pure Cardio Insanity

Day 13 – Pilates and 60 pushups

Day 14 – Nike Training Club “Wipeout”

Day 15 – Billy’s Bootcamp

Day 16 – Pilates

Day 17 – Jogging 3.2 miles

Day 18 – 150 squats, 100 pushups

Day 19 – Zumba

Day 20 – Nike Training Club “Sweat and Shape”

Day 21 – Pure Cardio Insanity

Day 22 – Pilates

Day 23 – Six rounds of twenty five squats, twenty high knees, and fifteen pushups. Total 150 squats, 120 high knees, and 90 pushups.

Day 24 – 2 miles and a “Fit-tine” to the song “Murder” by Kalenna

Day 25 – Nike Training Club “To The Core” and dancing

Day 26 – Zumba

Day 27 – Miss

Day 28 – Two a days for missed workout, TurboFire HIIT 20 and Pilates

Day 29 – Turbo Fire HIIT 20

Day 30 – Zumba

 

I found that logging my workouts in the 100 Days Active Facebook group and on Instagram helps keep me accountable and on track, as well as remember what I did!  I don’t know how I would’ve been able to post this without it lol!  Gotta find what works for you 🙂

Exercising has been  a great outlet for me. I am beginning to use this outlet instead of running to food when stressed. I have been on a break from social media so to make sure that I work out, I’ve hung this BAD dress on my bathroom door (gotta get into it, lol).
